Abstract Submission Guidelines

AUTHORS SHOULD FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES GIVEN BELOW BEFORE SUBMITTING THE ABSTRACT.

Title

The title should be clear, concise, engaging, and accurately reflect the content of the presentation.

Authors and Affiliations

List the presenting author first, followed by the co-authors and their affiliations. Each affiliation should include the department, organization, address, city, and country.

Abstract Structure

The abstract should provide a concise summary of the research and include the following sections:

  • Introduction or Background: Briefly introduce the topic and clearly state the research question or problem.
  • Methods or Methodology: Explain the research approach, techniques, methods, or theoretical framework used in the study.
  • Results: Present a concise summary of the key findings of the study.
  • Conclusion or Implications: Explain the significance of the findings and their broader implications.
  • Keywords: Provide a list of keywords that accurately represent the content of the abstract.

Submission Requirements

  • Participants are required to submit an extended abstract of 2–4 pages
  • At least the first author or corresponding author must be registered for the conference.
  • All accepted abstracts submitted by registered authors will be published in the Conference Abstract Book.

Publication Opportunity

Presented abstracts and their submitted full papers will be reviewed by the conference committee. Selected high-quality research papers may be considered for publication in MAPAN – Journal of the Metrology Society of India, an indexed SCI journal with an Impact Factor of 1.4 (2025).
